The pulley can be used for various belts for driving mechanical devices. The speed control knob at the opposite end can control the speed from almost zero to about 3000 revs per minute. The ON/OFF switch is fitted to the side.
The rectangular housing permits the clamping or strapping down to a bench to prevent movement.
