The gas nozzle is fixed to the forged alum. alloy body which reduces heat transfer to the brass shaft and gas cartridge.
Stainless steel gauze is embedded in burner top to enhance durability
Spring clip is incorporated to control air-flow
Phenolic knob (heat resistant) is fitted to the shaft to adjust the gas flow
