Calcoholimeter, Rule (Chart)

The device is used to determine the % alcohol by volume (%vol) in beverages by measuring the temperature difference between the boiling point of a liquid and that of water using an Electronic Ebulliometer, and then using a corresponding calculation disc to find the alcohol percentage. It is used for wines, beers, ciders, and other hydroalcoholic solutions, and requires that the sample's alcohol content be between 0-17% vol for accurate results.
